Greetings from the Malaysia Book of Records, and thanks for the Malaysian
Mountaineering Federation contacts.
Please note that we are not disputing your claims of ascending the 12
mountains in Malaysia, but we only want the process to be completed
officially and thoroughly as well as obtaining official confirmation.
Although you have furnished us pix of your good self on top of those
mountains, we still need official letters from the park
rangers/authorities of the respective mountains in authenticating your
claims.

Dear Mr Ooi,
Greetings from Malaysia Book of Records.
In response to your inquiry, it would be much appreciated if you can get
official letters from the Park Rangers at the mountains that you have
ascended.
Please note that letters from friends or guides as well as photographs are
not acceptable although these would help in the processing of your
application.
It is suggested that before you make any mountain ascent or plan any
record-breaking of events, you must inform the Malaysia Book of Records
well in advance of your intentions.
Once again, please note that the official letters from the Park Rangers
are mandatory in the processing of your application. Otherwise, this will
cause further delay.
